Dr. Rodriguez is Board Certified in OB/GYN and joins the Medical Staff of Laredo Medical Center from Ponce, Puerto Rico. He graduated with his medical degree from Superior Institute of Medical Sciences of the Havana, Cuba, and completed is residency at St. Luke’s Memorial Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Omar Perez-Rodriguez, M.D. Dr. Perez is Board Certified in OB/GYN. He received his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Jalisco, MX. He then continued with his residency program in Ob/Gyn at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico, where he served as Chief Resident in his final year. During his residency training, Dr. Perez participated in programs which provided medical services to underprivileged women who sought preventative screenings such as PAP smears, breast exams and family planning. Dr. Perez is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the American College of Physicians.

Hannah Jiao Salazar, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Dallas, TX. She relocated to Laredo, TX to attend Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) on a golf scholarship, where she later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and later her Master of Science in Nursing - FNP.
Hannah brings 7 years of clinical experience in the emergency room, where she cared for patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting, managing acute and chronic complex conditions. She also has 6 months of experience as a dermatology nurse practitioner, gaining valuable experience in skin health, skin cancer surveillance, minor cutaneous procedures, and patient education.
With a diverse clinical background, Hannah is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence based cared in women's health. She is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, with a focus in preventative care, patient education, and striving to create a welcoming environment, empowering patients in every stage of their health journey.
