Some of us had moms that loved us the best they could… and some of us had to learn how to mother ourselves along the way.

So today is also for the women healing generational trauma, learning emotional safety, and becoming the kind of woman they needed growing up. 🤍

And a reminder… don’t compare your story to what you see online. Social media isn’t real life. Your experience shaped the strong, resilient, self-aware woman you are becoming now.
