🎃🍂 What a fun day with Together Laredo Foundation! 💙

Our Social Skills Club with VAIL Center for Independent Living Laredo TX- VAIL had a wonderful time decorating pumpkins and enjoying a morning full of creativity, friendship, and community! 🎨🎃

A special thank you to Mrs. Sandra and her son Robert for donating part of the pumpkins. 💛

We’re also incredibly grateful to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 9194 and Laredo TX Marines for their generous $120 donation, which helped us purchase the remaining supplies and Pumpkins and provide $15 REC cards for 7 participants! 🇺🇸🫶🏼

Thank you Jen Sanchez and Coach Jonathon Ruiz for welcoming us today!

And thank you to the parents who joined us and continue to support our mission of creating opportunities for connection, independence, and belonging.

It takes a community to make inclusion happen, and we’re so grateful for ours! 💙

ADULT SIBLINGS MEETUP | TOGETHER LAREDO

Growing up with a sibling with a disability is a unique journey, and we want to hear your story.

Together Laredo Foundation is inviting adult siblings of individuals with disabilities to join us for a casual conversation about:

💙 What we wish we had known or received as children
💙 The support siblings need while growing up
💙 How we can make a difference for the next generation
💙 Opportunities to volunteer and help bring Sibshops to our community

This is a space to share experiences, connect with other siblings, and help shape a more supportive future.

🎅✨ Our 1st Breakfast with Santa! 🎄❤️

This year, we chose to host a Breakfast with Santa instead of a traditional gala because we wanted to create something special for the entire Laredo community!

This event is open to everyone! We want families from all walks of life to come together, enjoy a magical holiday experience, and create beautiful memories with their loved ones. ❤️

More than just a fundraiser, this event will help support Together Laredo Foundation’s programs and activities throughout the year, allowing us to continue creating opportunities for connection, inclusion, and belonging.

🎁 Our goal is to bring our community together while making the holiday season a little more magical for everyone.
