The New Moon marks a fresh beginning - a powerful time to pause, turn inward, release what no longer serves you, and plant new intentions for the season ahead. Through guided journaling, you’ll be invited to reflect on where you are, what you’re calling in, and the goals you want to nurture.

We’ll close with a deeply relaxing crystal sound bath led by Jess Jess , designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling grounded, restored, and aligned.
