📣 A Quick Update for Our Patients

Dr. Patel will be out of the office beginning today, Thursday, October 1, and will return on Tuesday, October 6.

🩺 Our office remains open! Kacey is here seeing patients, and our staff is available to assist with scheduling, questions, and your care needs while Dr. Patel is away. If you need an appointment, please contact the office so we can help get you scheduled.

📲 Please remember to use your patient portal for prescription refill requests and messages regarding your care. For refills, include the medication name and your preferred pharmacy to help our team process your request.

‼️Please allow our team time to review your message, obtain provider guidance when needed, and complete any necessary follow-up. We appreciate your patience as we assist all of our patients.

🎉 Dr. Patel Is Out of the Office for His Birthday Weekend! 🎉

Our office would like to wish Dr. Patel a very Happy Birthday! 🥳🎂

Dr. Patel will be out of the office beginning Friday, August 7th, taking some well-deserved time off to celebrate his birthday on Saturday, August 8th, and enjoy a relaxing weekend. During this time, he will be taking a break to rest, recharge, and celebrate.

He will return to the office on Tuesday, August 11th, and resume seeing patients.

While Dr. Patel is away, our office will remain open, and Kacey will be here helping cover the office and assist patients. If you have any questions or non-urgent needs, we encourage you to utilize the patient portal whenever possible, as it is the fastest way for us to receive and respond to your requests. You are also welcome to call the office, and our team will be happy to help.

Information for Medicare Patients

Beginning July 2026, Medicare is offering a temporary GLP-1 Bridge Program for eligible patients who meet specific criteria.

This program may help qualifying Medicare patients access certain GLP-1 weight-loss medications for approximately $50 per month.*

Medications may include:
✅ Wegovy®
✅ Zepbound®
✅ Foundayo®

Please note that eligibility is not automatic. Patients must meet program requirements, and the medication must be reviewed and approved through the appropriate authorization process.

A visit is required to review your medical history, discuss eligibility, and determine if this program may be an option for you.

Red, white, and CLOSED! 🇺🇸

Our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the July 4th holiday.

Please use your patient portal if needed over the long weekend. Our providers will be checking messages periodically, but responses may be delayed as they enjoy the holiday weekend with their friends and families.

We will reopen with normal business hours on Monday, July 6th.

Dr. Patel will be on vacation starting Monday, April 6th, taking some well-deserved time to rest, relax, and recharge. He will return to the office on Monday, April 13th, resuming patient care then.

While he is away, Kacey will be in the office and available to assist with any questions or concerns. Our team will also remain available and happy to help in any way we can.
