Lake House Assisted Living Facility is a family owned and operated assisted living facility whose residents are loved and cared for like family. Lake House is situated in a neighborhood community in Largo, Florida. We offer eight (8) diverse suite floor plans, giving you options to meet your loved one’s lifestyle needs and financial abilities. On a small lake that is bordered by single family homes and numerous parks, Lake House provides a homelike environment with the same neighborhood feeling that many of our residents have experienced for most of their lives. We Provide the Best Service With a Loving Touch

We encourage independence, yet provide assistance that is needed within a loving atmosphere that is similar to a bed and breakfast. Our mission is to make sure that residents receive the quality care, homelike atmosphere, and a fulfilling lifestyle that they deserve, and all for an affordable cost. Lake House offers diverse suite options, so that potential residents have options, to both meet their needs and meet their financial abilities.

There’s always a little something happening around here, and today was no exception! 🧡

🎨 CREATIVITY IS IN THE CARDS! 💌 We kicked off a new activity on our monthly calendar with Christine, who brought everything needed for our residents to create some beautiful cards! What a wonderful addition to our activities lineup! Thank you, Christine, for sharing your time and talents with us. We’re already looking forward to next month! ❤️

👻 YOU’VE BEEN BOO’D! More of our residents got in on the spooky fall fun today! Our Boo Box is spreading smiles, surprises, and a little Halloween mischief throughout Lake House! 🎃

🌽 AND THE WINNERS ARE… Our residents aren’t the only ones having some fall fun! Our staff got in on the action with our Candy Corn Guessing Game! 🍬 Congratulations to our winners! We love bringing a little friendly competition and Halloween excitement to our Lake House family! 🏆🧡

👻🎃 WE’VE BEEN BOO’D… AND THE FUN IS SPREADING AT LAKE HOUSE! 🎃👻

Our residents are getting BOO’D! 👻 And when that spooky surprise comes their way, they get to pick a special grab bag from our very own Boo Box! 🎁 Who doesn’t love a little Halloween surprise? 😉

🌧️ Yesterday’s rainy weather called for a change of pace, so we fired up the heaters, gathered around, and made some delicious s’mores! 🔥🍫🍪 Add in a little trivia, plenty of laughs, and time spent together, and we had all the ingredients for a perfectly cozy afternoon!

🍂🎃 WHEW… IT’S BEEN A BUSY WEEK AT LAKE HOUSE! 🎃🍂

Our Memory Care family has been soaking up ALL the fall fun! 🍁 From festive crafts and fun games to plenty of smiles and laughter, there’s always something happening around here!

🎂 We’ve already celebrated a couple of birthdays—because birthdays are always worth celebrating! 🥳💐

🎩 And of course, we couldn’t let National Mad Hatter Day pass us by without getting a little silly! 🤪🫖🎩

It’s safe to say the fall season is off to a fantastic start, and we’re just getting warmed up! 🍂❤️

👻 A LITTLE FRANKIE REMINDER! 🍬

Frankie just wanted to make sure he hasn’t been forgotten! Our favorite candy monster is still hanging around Lake House and ready to gobble up some treats! 😋

🍭 Frankie is available for feeding Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM!

Have candy to drop off but need to come at a different time? No worries! Just reach out to our Activities Director, Dorothy, and we’ll make sure Frankie gets his goodies.

After all… Frankie has a reputation to maintain! 👻🍬😂

🚨☕ CAUGHT WITH A COP… AND HE WAS HANDING OUT TICKETS! 😂👮‍♂️

Today was National Coffee with a Cop Day, and we were so grateful to have Officer Quattlebaum from the Largo Police Department take time out of his busy schedule to celebrate with us! 💙

And wouldn’t you know it… he was handing out tickets! 🎟️😂 Don’t worry—nobody was in trouble! Officer Quattlebaum brought some beautiful flower arrangements to raffle off, so these were the kind of tickets we were VERY happy to receive! 💐🎟️

A huge thank-you to Officer Quattlebaum for spending part of his day with our Lake House family and sharing some coffee, conversation, and laughs with us. ☕❤️

And another BIG thank-you to our friend Katie at for providing the delicious donuts! 🍩❤️

We’re so grateful for the wonderful community partners and friends who continue to show up for our residents. It truly takes a village—and we’re thankful for ours! 🏡💙

🎉🐄 THE SECRET IS OUT… AND SHE’S ADORABLE! 🐄🍀

Remember that BIG NEWS we’ve been teasing?! 👀 Well, Lake House friends… the wait is finally over!

After having SO much fun watching our sweet Matilda grow, we decided we simply weren’t finished with the calf adventures! So we did what any good Lake House family would do…

WE ADOPTED ANOTHER CALF! 🐮🤎

🍀 MEET LUCKY! 🍀

Lucky is a beautiful Brown Swiss, and we think she may be one of the luckiest little calves around—because she’s officially been adopted into the Lake House family! ❤️

Our residents loved watching Matilda’s journey, and now we get to experience that excitement all over again! We’ll be watching Lucky grow, celebrating her milestones, and sharing her journey along the way. 🐄📸

We are so thankful for the Discover Dairy program and Larson Farms for giving us the opportunity to be part of this incredible journey. What a special experience it is for our residents to learn, connect, and watch firsthand as Lucky grows! ❤️

👹🎃 THE BEAST HAS AWAKENED… AND HE’S HUNGRY! 🍬🍫

Lake House, you’ve been warned… Frankie the Candy Monster is BACK! 👻

Our resident troublemaker has crawled out of hiding, and he’s already sniffing around for treats. 👀🍭

Frankie may be mischievous, he may be sneaky, and he may have absolutely NO intention of staying out of trouble…

…but he DOES promise to share his treats with all of his Lake House friends! ❤️🍬

And Frankie has one very important message from his little trick-or-treating friends:

🎃🍬 PEANUT-FREE TREATS, PLEASE! 🍬🎃

Let’s make sure all of our little visitors can enjoy the Halloween fun safely—and give Frankie plenty of treats to get into! 😂
