Thursday May 28th we had a busy day. It started with visits from Pork Chop than we had a Birthday Party for our facility puppers Jedi and Ozzy.

We had our annual Memorial Service for our Resident's that have passed away. We try to do this every year or so. We did this on 05-15-26.

We had a great time putting together a fitness course for the American Family Challenge at the Las Animas Football Field on 05-19-26.

Final Day for National Nursing Home Week. We had a fantastic busy week. We started today with a Memorial Service for our residents that passed away from 2024-2026. Than we had a Hawaiian Luau BBQ with a wonderful Hawaiian Meal prepared by our wonderful Dietary!!! Than we had to finish out the day with a water gun water fight of course.

Day 4 of National Nursing Home week :}. Alice in Wonderland was our theme. We went to the local Senior Center for Lunch and Watched Alice in Wonderland when we got back. Oh and of course we made Southern Fruit Tea for our Tea Time :}. Thank you Brenda from Sangre for the wonderful variety of drink recipes that you brought us :}.
