Pregnancy can come with a lot of “what ifs.”
What if something goes wrong?
What if labor doesn't go how I imagined?
What if I don't know what to do?
What if I can't handle it?
Having a scary thought doesn't mean something bad is going to happen. Sometimes, it simply means you're facing something unfamiliar and important to you.
You don't have to chase every fear, search every possibility, or prepare for every worst-case scenario just because the thought crossed your mind.
Instead, pause. Take a breath. Ask yourself: “Is this something I need to act on, or is this just a fear asking for my attention?”
You can prepare without constantly worrying.
You can ask questions without assuming the worst.
You can acknowledge your fears without letting them take over your experience.
Protect your peace. Give your attention to what actually supports you. 🤍
