When Mariel began working with this sweet little boy, communication and regulation were challenging. Instead of focusing on correcting behaviors, she focused on connection— meeting him through play, movement, and language.

Today, he’s communicating more, transitioning with greater ease, and engaging throughout his sessions. 🤍

His story is a beautiful reminder that sometimes progress begins with simply feeling seen.
