Back-to-school season can bring excitement, new experiences, and sometimes big emotions. 💙📚

As children head back to school, they may experience a mix of excitement, nervousness, and anxiety. Teaching simple calming strategies can help them manage overwhelming emotions and build confidence.

Try encouraging your child to:
🌬️ Take deep breaths
🤸 Stretch their body
🤗 Ask for a hug from a trusted adult
💧 Drink water
🎨 Color or draw

These small strategies can make a big difference in helping children feel calm, focused, and ready to learn.
