I honestly couldn’t have crossed that finish line without you my beautiful family and support system. The Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon is every bit the beast they say it is from surviving that brutal freezing 1.5 mile swim through the bay's crazy currents to tackling the technical quad-burning bike course and finally pushing through that punishing sand ladder on the run. There were moments out there where I wasn't sure I'd make it, but knowing you were cheering me on and waiting for me at the end kept my legs moving. This medal belongs to all. Thank you for always having my back and supporting me through every mile of this wild journey! thank you to tri athletes , for their trainings help. thank you , for a wonderful event and keeping everyone safe. thank you for my nutrition. thank you for holding a world class event. Today I had the opportunity to collaborate with distinguished industry leaders, including Joe Robledo, CRNA (Guide Anesthesia Market Business Leader), Andrea Ibarra, CRNA (Clinical Leader), Rick Carrillo, CRNA (Chief CRNA), and expert clinicians Jeremy Dancouse, CRNA, Crystal Garcia, CRNA, and Ricardo Gonzalez, CRNA. One of the most rewarding parts of my anesthesia career is passing on knowledge. As progresses trough the New Grad Mentorship Prgram, today she completed multiple US Regional Anesthesia Procedures implementing ERAS. As a new grad she performed these procederures INDEPENDETLY yet with the full support of a NSPM-C CRNA at the bedside.
