At Reset Behavior, our Provisional Employee Program is designed for individuals who have completed their 40-hour RBT course and are ready to take the next step toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Through this structured program, you’ll gain supervised clinical experience, complete your Initial Competency Assessment with a BCBA, learn from an experienced clinical team, and receive guidance as you work toward your RBT certification.
✨ Program Details:
• $200 Program Fee (includes BCBA supervision, competency assessment, and background check)
• 60-day completion timeline
• Shadow experienced clinicians in a real ABA clinic setting
• Opportunity to be considered for employment upon successful completion of the program, interview performance, and current staffing needs.
