Flowing Lotus Center is accepting applications for our upcoming Sound Healing Facilitator Certification, happening October 16–18, 2026 in Las Vegas.

This immersive, hands-on training goes beyond simply learning how to play singing bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments.

You’ll learn how to create intentional sound healing experiences while incorporating mindfulness, nervous-system awareness, somatic principles, trauma-informed considerations, safety, consent, and ethical facilitation.

Flowing Lotus Center's Sound Healing Facilitator Certification is an immersive training experience for those who want to move beyond simply creating beautiful sounds and learn to facilitate sound healing experiences with intention, confidence, safety, and awareness.

Led by Toshia Shaw, MBA, LCSW, a clinical therapist, trauma professional, Reiki Master, meditation practitioner, and sound healer with years of experience facilitating sound healing experiences, this training brings together holistic healing and trauma-informed principles.

💜 SEPTEMBER IS SU***DE PREVENTION MONTH

Sometimes survival doesn't look brave.

Sometimes it looks like getting out of bed.
Answering one text.
Making the therapy appointment.
Taking your medication.
Setting a boundary.
Crying and still choosing tomorrow.

And sometimes it looks like saying:

“I’m not okay, and I need help.”

At Flowing Lotus Center, we want you to know that struggling does not make you weak, and you do not have to reach a breaking point before you deserve support.

Mental health treatment works. Support matters. Connection matters. And healing can happen; even when you can't see the way forward yet.

This month, check in with yourself and the people you love. Listen without judgment. Take statements about su***de seriously. And when something feels beyond what you can carry together, reach for professional support.
