After a few quiet years off social media… I’m returning — transformed.

I’m closing my in-person private practice in Las Vegas and expanding into an online and international space devoted to retreats, mind-body-soul healing, and global transformation.

For those who are new here- I’m Kalona Stone.
U.S. Navy veteran turned soul-centered psychotherapist, clinical therapist, hypnotherapist, energy healer, integrative Kundalini master, and licensed health & wellbeing coach.

All my work is grounded in the science of neuroplasticity, because the brain can rewire and healing can become your new normal.

You can finally step into the life that was always meant to be yours.

My mission is to reunite mind and body so the soul can step forward in full freedom.

Connection is what gives people purpose and meaning in their lives. For this to happen, we long to be seen. To feel as if we are seen. We fear we aren’t worthy of connection and then it is no wonder why shame and fear continue to trump over feelings of love and connection.

Our hearts long for connection.

Humans are windows to the soul. Our connections and relationships bring out the best parts of ourselves that we can’t bring out on our own- but that also means equally the worst comes out sometimes too.

Sometimes our thoughts feel like they take over and consume us. The accuracy in how that statement was written- they simply feel like they are. And while we know it won’t feel like that forever, the feeling can be so intense at times that it is that truth in that moment to be the only one to exist.

Enter shame. This is where the s word comes into play. Where the emotional traumas, recollections, imprints, and memories of our past begin to create the “I’m not ____ enough” narrative.

It is the shame that then drives us away from ourselves, and then further from those we desire and long for to be closest to us. But if this is the same and the narrative that we tell ourselves, how on Earth could we possibly let another in to love this now labeled unloveable and not enough self? If we don’t, who will?

Exit stage left shame.

This is the year of breakthroughs, transformation, a metamorphosis 🐛

As another year passes with Memorial Day now behind us, and Independence Day quickly approaching; let us never forget the men & women who have gone before us, who currently are sacrificing along side us, and those will continue to fight for our freedom and this great nation for the days that are ahead of us.

April showers brings May flowers 💐

While everyday should be considered a mental health awareness day, May is Mental Health Awareness month. It is OK, to not be OK for often we cannot appreciate the sunshine without the rain. We see that after the heaviest down pours it is then when the sun shines most and the brightest rainbows appears.

Embrace each day knowing no weather or season is ever lasting, and while we can’t always (or ever) control the weather, we sure can learn to dance in the rain!

Check in with those you love, but most importantly check in with yourself. We can’t fully show up for others if we first don’t show up for ourselves.

Whether the sun is shining or you are feeling as though the rain just won’t stop pouring down… you are not alone.

Stone Balance is now a proud sponsor of Adam’s Place Camp Cope- an incredible organization whose mission is to provide peer support groups, education and community for children, teens and families coping with loss and grief.

Did you know that 1 in 13 children in Nevada will experience the death of a parent or sibling by age 18? This number does not include the death of a friend, close family member, or other important person in the child’s life, which can also have an impact on the child.

But loss doesn’t always come in the form of death- divorce, deportation, illness, incarceration, or the disappearance of a person in the child’s life.

Camp Cope is a safe place for children, teens, and families to share their grief with others their own age. Participants connect and learn healthy coping skills necessary to deal with their grief with the help of trained volunteer facilitators.

Thank you Adam’s Place for a fun 70s themed Vintage Vibe event, and for the opportunity to to represent an incredible non-profit organization that is truly delivering a need and resource for our community.
