I’m always surprised how little this gets talked about, I wish we learned this at school!

For anyone working in wellness, self-care, healing, or any profession where you pour your energy, body, and soul into caring for others… rest is not a luxury. It’s so essential.

I felt especially inspired this morning being in a lower-energy phase of my cycle and realizing how important it is to honor that instead of constantly pushing through it.

I’m deeply grateful to have created a schedule that allows me to listen to my body more.

Taking care of yourself allows you to take better care of others 🤍

I’m so grateful to call my passion “work.” Every session feels like an active meditation. Fully present, fully in tune.
I leave feeling more alive than when I arrived. 🙌🏻

On my first day of working as a massage therapist in a spa, a client said to me : “Wow, I could really feel how present you were during the massage and it’s a really beautiful gift you gave me.” To me, it felt normal. But he made me realized early on that it’s one of the best qualities you can have as a therapist, and that client truly feel and appreciate you being fully present and connected during a session.
