Excited to share our newest research publication examining the effects of GLP-1 medications on bone healing after midfoot fusion surgery.

The results are reassuring: preoperative GLP-1 use was not associated with increased risk of nonunion or other major complications, supporting their continued use in appropriately selected patients.

Honored to be back at Arthrex Global Headquarters as part of the Team Physicians Controversies faculty.

One of the most common things I hear from patients after bunion surgery is,

I perform minimally invasive bunion surgery every week. Using Arthrex MIS, we correct the deformity through tiny incisions instead of traditional open surgery. Patients typically walk sooner, heal faster, and get back to life quicker.
