Since joining PAM in January 2025, Karen has made an immeasurable impact on both patient care and staff morale, helping build a team that continues to outperform standards. Her focus on creating a strong clinical foundation has ensured staff are supported, well-trained, and empowered to deliver the highest level of patient care.

Karen also successfully led the hospital through a Joint Commission survey within just six months of her arrival, while continuing to bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to every challenge. Her leadership is consistently impactful and impactfully consistent. She drives sustainable improvements that benefit both patients and staff.

Stroke Awareness Month is another perfect time to learn how to BE FAST to recognize a stroke. PAM Health specializes in helping stroke patients and their families address the wide-ranging physical, cognitive, and emotional impacts of stroke, guiding patients toward a rewarding recovery tailored to their unique needs and goals. We offer a supportive, proactive environment where our interdisciplinary teams work collaboratively to maximize independence and quality of life, from admission to inpatient to outpatient care. We uplift the tremendous resilience of stroke survivors and are proud to be advocates in their survivorship!
