We have such a fun lineup of classes all day long including a full stack of themed classes in the morning, a FREE format sampler Mix class at 4:30pm (bring a friend!), and a special 75-minute Restore class and sound bath at 6pm.

will be in-studio from 4-7:30pm offering free cold-pressed juice and wellness shot samples before and after classes!
