Are you ready to break out of the cycle of people pleasing?

Are you tired of feeling like your worth depends on keeping everyone else happy?

Many people grow up working for love—believing they must earn approval, avoid conflict, and meet everyone’s expectations.

But healing begins when you learn to work from love instead of for love.

That means learning how to:

✔ Set healthy boundaries and learning how to love yourself.
✔ Stop over-giving and feeling resentful
✔ Speak up for your needs without guilt
✔ Build relationships rooted in respect

You deserve connections where you are valued for who you are—not for how much you sacrifice.

Therapy can help you break the cycle of people-pleasing and start living with confidence and self-respect.

Have you ever seen this in your own life?

Word of the day! DICHOTOMY (SPLIT)
Unintegrated or disavowed parts of the personality that are in conflict. For example:
• “I want intimacy” vs. “I don’t trust anyone.”
• “I deserve more” vs. “I’m not good enough.”
• “I need peace” vs. “I thrive in chaos.”

When parts are unintegrated, internal tension increases.
When parts are acknowledged and processed, internal alignment increases.

Integration reduces anxiety.
Awareness reduces reactivity.

When you change expectations to appreciation everything starts to change! Learn to appreciate what is, instead of being angry of what isn't. Life is to short.
