Your body talks to you before it yells.
It often starts with subtle signals:
Fatigue.
Brain fog.
Poor sleep.
Low energy.
Changes in mood.
Difficulty focusing.
And sometimes we get so busy that we ignore those signals until the body gets louder.
What feels like stress isn’t always just stress.
Sometimes hormones play a role.
Sometimes thyroid health plays a role.
Sometimes vitamin deficiencies, sleep, chronic stress, or mental health contribute to how we feel.
That’s why I believe it’s important to look at the whole person.
Because the mind and body work together.
When we better understand both, we create more opportunities for healing.
