Not all heroes wear capes, but today, some of ours did! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ We celebrated Superhero Day here at PAM Health, and it couldn't be more fitting. Every single day, our incredible team shows up with strength, compassion, and heart to guide our patients on their journey to a healthier, stronger self. The costumes were fun, but the real superpower? The dedication these teammembers bring to work every single day. We are proud of every hero on our team. 💙

Once a month, something truly special happens. 🎂🎉 Our Physician Navigator, Torrie, brings the celebration to our partner assisted living facility, and the smiles and laughter that fill the room say it all. Birthdays are worth celebrating at every age, and Torrie's warmth and dedication make each one unforgettable. This is what compassionate care looks like in action. We are so proud to have her on our team!

April 28 of every year is World Day for Safety and Health at Work, organized by the International Labour Organization to promote the importance of health and safety and the prevention of accidents in all types of workplaces.

Although preventing injuries is key, when accidents happen, we are here to help with our comprehensive Worker’s Compensation Program. Our interdisciplinary team of workers’ comp program directors, therapists, doctors, and other specialists prioritize getting injured workers the care they need, when they need it.

Our programs not only help patients recover from work-related injuries but also help them plan for life after discharge from our hospital, from return-to-work plans and strategies to prevent re-injury. Learn more about our Workers’ Comp program here: https://nuvi.me/9ct4ni
