Mental health is an essential aspect of our overall well-being, and it's important to prioritize it just as we do our physical health. Taking care of our mental health involves being aware of our emotions, managing stress and anxiety, and seeking support when needed.

Unfortunately, mental health issues continue to be stigmatized and often go unrecognized and untreated. It's crucial that we change this narrative and start having open and honest conversations about mental health. By speaking up and sharing our experiences, we can help to break down the barriers and encourage others to seek the help they need.

Remember that seeking help for mental health is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of strength and courage. If you're struggling with your mental health, don't hesitate to reach out to a trusted friend or family member, a mental health professional, or a support group.

Let's work together to raise awareness about mental health and break the stigma. We all deserve to live a happy, healthy life, and taking care of our mental health is a crucial part of achieving that goal. Remember, it's okay to not be okay, and it's always okay to ask for help.

An issue has come up a lot with my client's in their 20's and 30's. The issue is TikTok or Insta Advice. I am sure these creators have good intentions with their advice with the goal of helping out their followers. HOWEVER I do not believe they understand the liability they are taking when giving their perspective or advice. IF someone follows through with the advice on dating and it goes horribly wrong that follower now has a whole lot of other issues to work on/deal with. Please contact a professional when seeking advice or life changes. Quotes someone heard from someone else or online does not constitute therapy or "Coaching".
