Sometimes healing starts with slowing down.
A gentle cranial hold helps release tension in the head and neck, encourages deep relaxation, and creates space for the body to unwind.
A reminder that therapeutic massage isn't always about deep pressure. Sometimes, the lightest touch makes the biggest difference. (Pictured is Daria who works at both Eastern and Rainbow locations)

Muscle scraping (IASTM) targets areas of restricted soft tissue, helping improve mobility, increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery, even years after an injury. 💪🏼

Because old injuries deserve attention, too.

🍬🥗 A little candy salad, a lot of personality, and a team that makes IMR what it is.

We spend our days helping others feel their best, but we also believe in creating a workplace where our team feels just as good. A little sugar, a lot of laughs, and the people behind your favorite wellness experience.
