Check out this 5 star Google Reviews review by Shane Lewis: I was in town for business and needed stitches. The lobby was full and there was a long wait, however everyone was working hard to get the clients taken care of. I was treated by a very nice and professional nurse who didn't even take time to eat her lunch because she was treating patients. Some may not know Concentra does a lot of drug screening, rehab and workmans comp as well as taking on everyone else that walks in. It's easy to get frustrated and become impatient, but think about being on the other side and dealing with the rude and unappreciative people we become.
