SCAM. SPOOFING. Somali accent lady called from legitimate NV medical board tel #. In her Somali poor English she told me of pending investigation. I told her that I’m an indicted criminal and had already run away to India where she can’t reach me. She said ok and hung up. Can be Ethiopian etc.
