We are thrilled to introduce you to Mihaela Arcalean. This lovely 15 year-old young woman is an elite karate fighter in Cadet Under 61 Kg category. She is the 2026 US National Champion and the 1st seed on the US National Team. She will represent the USA in the upcoming Pan-American Championship and upcoming World Championship.
Her goal after high school is to go to university and become a Pediatric Oncologist.
Dr. Letelier and the Center for Oral Surgery of Las Vegas take great pride in supporting the athletic endeavors of Mihaela and other Las Vegas youth for the past 26 years!

I wish I could give them TEN STARS! The entire experience was incredible! I was friendly & helpful when I worked in the dental field but my gosh- this team took it to a new level! Top tier!! From my first phone call til the end of surgery- I can’t say enough good things to truly express my appreciation and satisfaction!

We have Aetna PPO which can be a nightmare- our medical has to be billed primary before our dental for oral surgery. All the offices I called on the Southwest side told me they do not bill medical- We would have to pay for everything out of pocket and IF insurance pays, they will reimburse me 😑
This office actually cares enough to help patients like us utilize the insurance we have! For Las Vegas and in my experience, this is unheard of. So many offices would rather just collect the money than deal with insurance, which is sad.
This team was God sent- especially Jeffrey. He went above and beyond to help us turn a stressful situation into an experience I will never forget! The office is clean and sophisticated. The ambience is nothing I’ve ever experienced- in any medical office!!
Administration, back office and Dr Letelier is Amazing. Truly TOP TIER!!! Everything starts at the top! I will 100000% recommend this office/team to everyone I know and I will tell my dentist to refer more patients here!!! I will be bringing my other teens here for their wisdom removals as well! Mahalo Dr. Letelier & team!! 🫶🏼
