You can be consistent in the gym and still not see the results you want, and walking might be why.

Strength training builds the muscle. Walking keeps your body burning fat the rest of the day.

After the age of 35, cortisol makes this even more critical. Which is why I specifically have every client aim for 7,000+ steps daily on top of their workouts.
