DIFFUSER BLEND!!
I coined this blend moonlit stroll on the beach. I'm not sure why I felt the urge to blend these three but wow! Totally glad I did.
Details: 3 drops juniper berry. 2 drops green mandarin. 2 drops clary sage.
Definitely lifts my mood and seriously reminds me of strolls on the boardwalk at my favorite beach.

Life will always produce lemons of some sort. I'm thankful today for essential oils helping me tune in to my emotions and learn how to manage them.
Lemon is such a cheerful energetic oil.

Our sweet happy baby gets SO agitated at bed time. A quick roll of lavender helps him to calm down and ease into sleep. Do any of you have favorites for your kids bedtime?

I think the cold air here in had me feeling a little blue today. Most days I'm happy go lucky. I don't let the gray or blue days get me down if I can help it. I acknowledge them for what they are, throw some elevation or citrus oils in the diffuser and tell myself "this will pass".
Which oils do you diffuse to lift your mood?

Today I decided to add friendly h**p hearts to my protein shake. Worked out wonderfully for my macro ratios but my stomach started hurting around 10 AM.
Thankfully I had Digestzen in my desk drawer. just few drops on my stomach and ten minutes later I was able to continue my day discomfort free!
