Dear Community, this month is National Mental Health Awareness month. Remember, to help one another and lift each other up, not bring down. Keep in mind that not everyone is struggling same. Everyone's struggle is different. Something as simple as a smile for some may take great strength and effort from someone else. With everything we have all gone through as a Nation, Country, State, City, Town, and within our own family and friends please keep each other in mind and seek help if you need. Remember, you do not need to have a DSM-5 diagnosis to seek help. You are not "crazy" if you want help or just to simply talk to someone. Mental and Physical Health go hand in hand, they are not independent of the other. If one struggles the other will follow.
