💙 WEDNESDAY CHECK-IN: YOU MATTER

September is Su***de Prevention Month—a reminder that sometimes the people who need help the most are the ones who are the best at hiding it.

Today, check in on someone you care about.

Ask the extra question.
Listen without judgment.
Stay a little longer.
Let them know they don't have to face a difficult moment alone.

And if you are struggling, please know this:

You are not a burden.
You are not alone.
Your story isn't over.

Sometimes you just need to talk. 💙

For many patients, mental health treatment can feel like trial and error.
A prescription starts.Weeks pass.Side effects happen. The result is unclear. And the patient is left wondering what comes next. That frustration is real.
EXOMIND brings a different conversation to mental wellness with noninvasive ExoTMS technology designed to support the brain directly.
In EXOMIND research, 77% reported mood improvement at 1 month, and in a separate mental wellness study, 83% reported thinking more positively and feeling happier at 3 months. Because when someone is struggling, they do not just want a plan. They want progress. Ask your provider about EXOMIND. *Data on File

New week. Fresh start. Same you. ❤️

Mondays can come with a lot of pressure—new responsibilities, unfinished things from last week, and the feeling that you should already have it all together.

But you don’t have to.

Give yourself permission to take this week one day at a time. Take the next step. Ask for help when you need it. And remember that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of everything else on your list.

You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Feeling stuck, irritated, overwhelmed, or just completely over today?

Try changing the scenery. ☀️

A few minutes outside, a short walk, some sunshine, or even just stepping away from the noise can give your brain the reset it’s been asking for.

You don’t have to earn a break.

New week, new list of 847 things your brain says need to happen immediately. 😅

Friendly reminder: they don’t.

Pick what matters most, take it one thing at a time, and give yourself permission to leave a few things for tomorrow.

A productive day doesn’t have to be an exhausting day. 💚

✨ Midweek HeadsUp: You Don’t Have to Earn Rest

If your brain is telling you…

“I’ll relax when everything is done.”

We have some news: everything is never done. 😅

There will always be another email, another load of laundry, another deadline, another errand, or something that needs your attention.

Rest isn’t a reward for finishing your entire to-do list.
It’s part of what helps you keep going. 💛

So here’s your Wednesday reminder:

☕ Take the break.
📱 Put the phone down for a few minutes.
🌿 Step outside.
💧 Drink some water.
🧠 Give your brain permission to be off duty for a minute.

Your productivity does not determine your worth.

🏠 You may be sitting down…

but your brain definitely isn't. 😅

“What are we having for dinner?”
“Did I pay that?”
“We're out of dog food.”
“Don't forget the appointment.”
“Someone needs to switch the laundry.”
“WHY IS THERE A CUP HERE?!”

The mental load of managing a home can be exhausting — even when nothing particularly “bad” is happening.

So tonight, check in with the people you live with:

💬 “What can I take off your plate?”

Fourteen words?

Nope.

Seven.

But they might completely change someone's evening. 💚

💻 Midweek workplace wellness check:

Have you taken an ACTUAL break today?

And no…

Eating lunch while answering emails doesn’t count. 😂

Neither does scrolling your phone while mentally planning the rest of your afternoon.

Even a few minutes to step away, stretch, eat, walk outside or simply let your brain focus on NOTHING work-related can help break up a stressful day.

You don’t have to earn five minutes to breathe.

Take the break. 💚

🍽️ Quick Monday question:

How full is your plate right now?

Work.
Kids.
Appointments.
Laundry.
Family.
Emails.
Errands.
That one thing you’ve been meaning to do for three weeks. 😅

And somewhere waaaaay over in the corner…

YOU.

Being busy isn’t always the problem. The problem is when there’s never any room left to recharge.

This week, before adding one more thing to your plate, ask:

💚 Does this HAVE to be done?
💚 Does it have to be done by ME?
💚 Does it have to be done TODAY?

Sometimes mental health starts with making a little room.
