Every rhinoplasty starts with listening.

This lovely patient wanted a more refined profile while avoiding an overly sloped or “done” appearance. Our goal was to reduce the convexity of the bridge, creating a smoother profile that still looks natural and fits her facial features.

She also wanted a narrower, more defined nasal tip and a slimmer appearance from the front. By carefully refining the bridge and reshaping the tip, we were able to enhance her overall facial harmony while preserving a result that still looks like her.

One of the things I emphasize with every rhinoplasty is that the best results don’t look like surgery. They look balanced, natural, and timeless.
