Hike with the team!
Most people think sunlight is just about vitamin D.
But the effects go much deeper than that.
Research shows sunlight directly influences immune function by helping regulate T-cells, macrophages, and other immune cells that help your body fight infection. One study even found that blue light from the sun helps T-cells move faster, independent of vitamin D entirely.
Modern life keeps most people indoors all day, but your body was built to interact with natural light.
Sometimes one of the most powerful recovery tools is also the simplest:
10–20 minutes outside.
Morning sunlight.
A short walk.
Fresh air.
Small habits. Massive return.
This week’s Pillar Kinetic newsletter dove into the science behind sunlight, healing, and why getting outside may be one of the highest-return health habits available.
