Dearest Founding Members,
First and foremost, thank you. Your patience, your messages, and your continued belief in this journey mean everything to us.
We want to be fully transparent with you: our build-out has been more complex than we initially anticipated. Some of the hurdles we faced, we overcame and moved forward with a solid plan. Others required us to completely rethink our design and structure from the ground up. Through every challenge, we kept one thing at the center of every decision: creating the best possible experience for YOU when those doors finally open.
The delays have been real, and we know that is frustrating. We hear you. We see your messages across every channel and we feel the weight of the WAIT alongside you.
We are committed to keeping you updated through these last final steps. More details on our updated opening timeline are coming very soon with a special celebration and SNEAK PEAK....JUST FOR YOU!!!
You chose Heights before we ever opened a single door. We are choosing to honor that with full honesty and our deepest gratitude.
We are in the final stages of our fire inspection and then we will be required to wait for our certificate of occupancy. This could be a day up to a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, we do not have a crystal ball with regard to local jurisdiction.
But rest assured, we see you, we hear you, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for waiting so patiently.
