Three days of powerful conversations, groundbreaking insights, and the speakers shaping the future of therapy.
Let's do this.

Falling in love? It's a projection, says Annemarie Early, PhD. We fall for what we see reflected in someone else — and when they let us down, we blame them instead of looking at what we haven't owned in ourselves.
The real power move: reclaiming those qualities you admire in your partner and building them in yourself. That's where real grace in relationships starts.

Our unexamined attitudes toward sexuality do not stay at the office door; they quietly enter the therapy room and actively shape our clinical decision-making. To effectively address sexual concerns in couples therapy, practitioners must commit to a deeper exploration of the self. Examining our own beliefs and biases is not optional—it is a prerequisite for guiding clients through their most vulnerable relational terrain.

These classes are one of a kind, and the best way to learn is to get right into the weeds with our talented instructors. This is just a teaser to one of our Day 1 workshops, so imagine what you'd be able to walk away with after the full workshop.

The most effective clinical interventions are deeply collaborative.
When we ask clients to move into heavy, overwhelming emotion, the process must never feel like a procedure being inflicted upon them. It must feel like an expedition we are undertaking together.
If your client feels like therapy is something being "done to them," the alliance is broken.

The key to absorbing high-level clinical models is not just taking in more information, but learning to track the process. We focus on catching the specific micro-moments and nuances in a session, breaking them down so you can clearly translate complex theory into practical application.
What is your strategy for breaking down complex sessions into manageable steps?

Solitary clinical practice is a fast track to burnout.
The work we do as therapists is inherently challenging and highly dynamic. Attempting to navigate the complexities of client trauma in isolation is unsustainable. There is immense, protective power in community. Whether it is through formal supervision, consultation groups, or professional conferences, coming together to support one another is the ultimate antidote to clinical burnout. You do not have to do this work alone.

Betrayal trauma operates on an entirely different timeline than other attachment injuries.
Whether you are dealing with the acute, chaotic aftermath of a fresh discovery or the slow, systemic infection of a wound that was covered up years ago, the clinical stakes are incredibly high. These couples are at massive relational inflection points.
Without a clear conceptual map, it is easy for a clinician to get lost in the historical fallout rather than stabilizing the present crisis.

It is one thing to read about Emotionally Focused Therapy in a textbook, but true mastery requires a completely different level of engagement. You have to experience the model, play with it, and ask the deep, penetrating questions that only arise when you see it in action.
How are you moving your clinical skills from theory to practice?

Working with sexual trauma and high-conflict couples can be profoundly taxing for clinicians. It is easy to feel discouraged when a couple arrives deeply entrenched in their negative cycle. Acknowledging the emotional toll this takes on the therapist is a necessary step, but it must be followed by strategic intervention. There are structured frameworks designed to guide these couples out of gridlock. Even in the most demanding cases, there are definitive pathways to hope and healing.
