Andrew’s Road to a New Kidney

Hey everyone, it’s a good time to give out an update on the kidney transplant. We received our second call about a month ago and we were number 6 on the list. With that being said, that doesn’t mean we will get the next kidney they call about. It’s just a matter of finding the perfect match. But from what they do tell us, which is not much, we are in the top 10 all the time. So even tho this adventure is far from over we are starting to see that light at the end of the tunnel.

We are going to do another round of shirts this year. The online store is open until June 30th. Once the store is closed it will take a few weeks to get them done and I will be picking them up and can arrange to meet with people or whatever works.

Hey everyone its been quite a while since anyone was given an update. The dialysis keeps me feeling good and its still working to keep the kidney going. The
routine never gets any more fun but we are in no spirit of backing down. Only real update i can give everyone is that im still on the active list awaiting a call. Anyday is what the doctors tell us everytime we are there. We keep praying and pushing through the days. As we await the time for a transplant all we ask for is prayers to keep us pushing towards the goal of a transplant. We are blessed to have everyone that has been with us from day one.

Hey everyone! Haven’t updated in a while. Andy has his port in and is doing training for at home dialysis and is doing great. We are still looking for a living donor.
On a side note we would like to thank everyone that came out to his benefit this past weekend. We are both so very humbled from all of the support from our community.
Of all people I would like to send a special thank you to Shawn Wineland and Hailey Colvin for being so selfless and planning every stitch of the event. It was a beautiful day and one we will never forget for sure.

We so appreciate everyone that came today.
For everyone asking about our shirts here’s the link!

It is a beautiful day out and we are getting geared up for the event today!
Remember we begin at 12 today and will have:
A car and truck show
A 50/50 raffle
Food
Silent auction items
And a whole lot of fun!
We hope to see everyone later on today. Remember to bring your lawn chairs!
