I’m inviting all postpartum moms to join my Postpartum Support Group — meeting virtually on Zoom!

We meet every fourth Tuesdays from the comfort of your home, and it’s only $20 per session.

Our next meeting is October 27th at 6pm.

This is your safe space to:

✨Ask real questions

✨Learn about postpartum

✨Get breastfeeding support

✨Talk about recovery and mental health

✨Connect with other moms

✨Feel seen, heard, and supported

No need to pack a diaper bag. No need to leave the house. Just log in, bring your tea (and baby🤱🏾), and come be in the community.

Motherhood was never meant to be done alone — even virtually, we can hold space for each other.

Ways to Support a Bereaved Parent
Supporting someone after pregnancy or infant loss can feel hard, but your presence matters more than perfect words.

đźš« What NOT to Say:
• “At least it happened early.”
• “You can always try again.”
• “Everything happens for a reason.”
• “It’s part of God’s plan.”
• “At least you have another child.”
• “Maybe something was wrong with the baby.”

đź’¬ What to Say:
• “I’m so sorry for your loss.”
• “I’m thinking of you and your baby.”
• “This must be so hard. I’m here for you.”
• “Your grief is valid.”
• “I don't have the right words, but I’m here.”

What You Can Do:
• Drop off a meal or send a gift card.
• Offer to help with household tasks.
• Remember important dates (due date, loss date, etc.).
• Say the baby’s name.
• Just listen—without trying to fix it.
