Hello September! Hello Club Season 🙌🏽

September is about getting back outside, moving our bodies, and spending a little more time in community.

Whether your thing is walking, running, nature, or simply getting out of the studio and into the world—there’s a club for you.

Our cOMmunity clubs are back:

• Walk Club — Wed., 9/2 @ 6PM
• Nature Walk/Outdoor Club — Sun., 9/6 @ 10AM
• Run Club — Sat., 9/19 @ 8AM

And yes, club access is included with your membership or class pass. Just find the club on the schedule and come join us!

How far are you willing to travel for a place that feels like hOMe?

The DMV is BIG. And depending on which side you’re coming from, Laurel can feel like a little bit of a hike. 😂

Meet Natasha. She lives in Washington, D.C. and first became a member in 2023.

In 2024, she joined our Meditation Teacher Training. In 2025, she joined our Yoga Teacher Training. And in 2026, she became one of our teachers!

I think about this often because distance is relative. When you find a place, a practice, and a community that feels like yours, somehow the drive doesn’t feel quite as far.

Sometimes the places worth going to aren’t always the closest ones.

Now you can catch Natasha on Tuesdays at 6PM for Slow Flow & Sound Bath.
