Laurens Memorial Home for the Aged
❤️ Help Us Keep Their Home Open ❤️
For 157 years, our small assisted living home has been a place where older adults have found more than a roof over their heads—they have found a home, compassion, dignity, and people who care about them.
Today, that home is facing a very difficult financial reality. We operate on an extremely small budget, and some of our residents simply cannot afford the $1,800 monthly cost of living here. Yet we believe that struggling financially should never mean an elderly person has to lose the home and community they have come to depend on.
We are reaching out to our community because we cannot do this alone. Every donation, no matter how small, can help us provide food, utilities, care, and a safe place for our residents to call home.
After 157 years of serving our community, we desperately want to keep these doors open. These are not just rooms—they are someone’s home, someone’s safe place, and someone’s family.
