Tonight, AJ welcomes Elizabeth Barrett from the HEAL Center — Healing Eastern Arts for Life for a powerful conversation about Eastern medicine, acupuncture, custom herbal medicine, pain relief, better mobility, allergy reduction, and the deeper idea of healing from the root.

Elizabeth’s journey began as a teenager after seeing Chinese medicine help her own family. Since then, her training and experience have taken her through years of study in both the United States and China, building a practice focused on helping people better understand the connection between pain, stress, movement, energy, and overall wellness.

We’ll ask the questions many people have wondered but never had the chance to ask:

- What is Qi?

- How does acupuncture work?

- Can the body really be brought back into balance?

- What role do herbs, breath, movement, and daily habits play in healing?

- And how can we become better listeners to our own bodies before pain and discomfort take over?

This is not about replacing common sense or medical care. It is about opening the door to a broader conversation about health, healing, and personal responsibility.
