💗 Connecting, Collaborating & Caring for Our Community! 💗

Prestwick Village Assisted Living recently had the pleasure of providing a luncheon for the wonderful Case Managers at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg. 🍽️🌷

Our Director, Alisa, Business Office Manager, Kizzy, and Area Sales Manager, Phyllis enjoyed spending time with this dedicated team, sharing great conversation and showing our appreciation for the important work they do each day.

Case Managers play such an important role in helping patients and families navigate care decisions and successful transitions. Building strong relationships with our healthcare partners helps us work together to better serve seniors and families throughout our community. ❤️

A special thank you to the Case Management team at Scotland Memorial Hospital for welcoming us and for all you do for the families you serve!
