We don’t have a single “undocumented “ patient. If we ever did, it was more than seven years ago, so their information has been permanently deleted and/or destroyed. No person including “law enforcement “ are allowed in exam rooms. Doors will remain locked from the outside in between patients due to recent crime (by US citizens) as documented by Property Management. Exits remain clear to all staff and patients.
