NextStep’s paralysis recovery centers are located in Los Angeles (HQ), Atlanta, Orlando, Kansas City, Raleigh, Las Vegas, Ukraine (Two (2) Centers), New Zealand (Four (4) Centers), and Fort Wayne and Pittsburgh (Coming in 2027).

the inaugural NextStep Fitness Charity Pickleball Tournament at California SMASH Pickleball & Social Club in El Segundo, and it was an incredible day bringing people together for a cause that truly changes lives. 💙🏓
