What do I make as a massage therapist? 💆🏽‍♀️ It's more than you might think. 😉

It's tea time! 🍵 We refilled two of your favorites and got a new tea called Gold. It has turmeric, ginger, lemongrass, and licorice. Such a yummy tea for autumn. 🍂 Aren't the dalias gorgeous?! They're from if you'd like some!

On an early fall day, I made tea, body butter, and prepared for my clients . Enjoy! 📹 🍂 🎂

This month's bath soak is called Autumn Bliss. 🍂 It has actual flowers in it! Chamomile and lavender, Epsom salt and magnesium flakes. It's such a dreamy soak. Like a warm hug. 🫂 But if you don't love it when flowers float in your bath, not to worry. You can pour the contents of the soak into the mesh bag your soak comes in. Tie it tight and and place it in your hot bath. It will dissolve in the bath just fine. If you don't have a bath or you're not a bath person, you can still use your soak as a foot bath. I recommend setting up a nice comfy spot with some tea, maybe a candle and fill a big bowl with hot water, pour the contents of the soak in, and soak your feet. You'll get the needed benefits of your soak and a relaxing time to complete your massage day.

What's the most common occurrence during the massage? 😴 Sleep. My clients zonk out. I don't mind at all. I just keep a steady 😌 relaxing pace as they go deeper into the snore zone. 🛌 That's why we're here, isn't it? Total relaxation.

Happy chocolate Sunday! 🍫 My chocolate loving client has booked her fave for her birthday. All chocolate everything. Want to book what she booked? Here's her special day selection.

What to book- 📅

🌬 Energy Clearing Limpia with Reading
We chat-platica about your intentions and goals for the clearing and make commitments to do daily activities that help with a favorable outcome. I then use mesoamerican energy clearing techniques to clear and restore. The energy reading happens during the session. You get an email with the details of the platica and reading.

💆🏽‍♀️ 90 Minute Restorative Massage with warm cocoa butter add-on
A relaxing therapeutic massage with targeted attention to stored tension. Includes hot towels and aromatherapy. For this session, I'll be using warm cocoa butter. 😋

One of the best things about this day is the smell in the spa. 🍫💨🕯The heavy aroma of everything combined is otherworldly. Vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate, cocoa butter, copal, and roses. It's a dream day. ✨️
