Welcome! Be Moved Studio offers a wide range of styles and levels of Yoga classes and more.

To serve the community engaging body, intuitive mind, healing heart, soul, and spirit through a collection of modalities by qualified teachers and therapists who practice with integrity and serve from the heart. We offer Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Tai qi and 5Rhythms movement meditation classes. We offer seasonal workshops including Yoga teacher trainings, Ayurvedic cooking, Women's Healing Ritu

als, Women's health through Ayurveda, 5Rhythm Intensives and more. Our Tai Qi classes run in 8 week sessions and the yoga and 5rhythm classes are all drop-in.
