💗 Mommy & Me Pilates is TOMORROW! 💗

If you signed up for class tomorrow morning, I can’t wait to see you! It looks like we’re going to have a pretty good-sized group, and I’m so excited to meet everyone. 🥹

Just a little reminder from me — ALL are welcome. 🤍

I know mornings with little ones don’t always go according to plan. 😂 If you’re running a few minutes late, COME ANYWAY! Walk in, get settled, and jump in wherever we are. There is absolutely no pressure here.

The whole point of Mommy & Me Pilates is to get out of the house, move our bodies a little, meet other moms, and hopefully make some new connections along the way. 🌸 Your baby might cry. Your toddler might wander around. You might have to stop halfway through an exercise. That is ALL okay. This class is made for this season of life. 🤍

If you want bring your own mat if you have one, but there are mats available if you don’t!

Come exactly as you are. I can’t wait to see you guys tomorrow morning!✨💗🌷

We have a full schedule for y’all again this week!
✨ Monday morning is Meghan’s first Mommy & Me Pilates class in the studio, and she will be in Saturday, as well, for her Mommy & Me pop-up! If you’d like to try one free class with Meghan, use code MMPFREE when signing up!
✨ Join Trina Monday night at 7 p.m. for a powerful, faith-based vinyasa class!
✨ Jessica will be in for her first August sound bath on Tuesday, August 11, at 7 p.m.! Join her for relaxation and nervous system regulation!
✨ Remember that Chair Yoga is just $5, or included in your Unlimited Membership or Package!
✨ Alexis will be teaching her second FREE Morning Flow class this Friday morning. This class is beginner-friendly!
✨ And Perry will be teaching the second of her three August kundalini yoga classes — this class is ALSO beginner-friendly!
