We offer a skilled nursing unit that specializes in dementia care. Shady Nook Nursing & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located just 3 minutes from St. Elizabeth Dearborn Hospital and close to other area hospitals in Cincinnati. Our post-acute care unit offers short-term rehabilitation with a range of therapies in a warm, friendly, and secure environment. A small fa

cility with dedicated and caring staff, we offer short term rehab-to-home, long-term care and a specialized dementia unit. We enable residents to retain their independence and dignity in an inviting and cozy atmosphere.

“Impressed” isn’t even the word—we are absolutely blown away! 🏍️❤️

What an incredible turnout for our Bike Night! We wish we could thank every group and every person individually because every single one of you helped make this night unforgettable.

One thing is always true: bikers show up. You showed up for our residents in a BIG way, and they will be talking about this night for weeks to come!

Yesterday, Eagle Radio asked us, “What do your residents say when the event is over?” The answer was easy:

“When are we doing it again?”

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every biker who came out and made this evening so special for our residents. Our Bike Night is truly EPIC because of all of you! 🏍️🎶❤️
