My final full week prior to surgery will be this week. Although I will be available part-time next week, I encourage you to schedule any urgent appointments with me at your earliest convenience. Depending on my recovery progress, I anticipate being out for the month of July and returning in early August. If you require immediate assistance while I am away, I have arranged for coverage with trusted colleagues who can provide support.

What's the difference between Lymphatic massage vs. Regular massage:

Lymphatic massage uses light rhythmic pressure that is skin-focused and helps reduce swelling and support the immune system.

Regular Massage: (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue) uses deeper pressure to target muscle knots, relieve tension, and improve flexibility.
