BROCK - Dennis Shannon Brock, age 83 of Otto, NC, formally of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on Sunday October 18, 2026. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday October 22, 2026, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. A graduate from Central Gwinnett, Dennis loved model cars, motorcycles and dogs. A master handyman. He fixed anything from cars to buildings. Dennis enjoyed retirement after many years as a manager at Siemens in Canton, GA. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Nancy Irene Brock in 2018 to which they were married for over 40 years, stepson Charles Johnson Jr., stepdaughter Dana Johnson, sister Sheron Brock, his parents Leora Elizabeth (Berry) and Comer Estee Brock. Dennis is survived by his daughter Tracey (Robert) Farmer, son Anthony (Wanda) Brock, 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sister Shelia (Mack) Brogdon, sister Elaine Brock, and several nieces and nephews. William Ronald “Ronnie” Fowler, age 76, of Loganville passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Saturday, October 17, 2026. He was born in Duluth, Georgia to the late William H. “Bill” Fowler and Anita Huston Fowler. Ronnie retired from Belk Department store in 1999. Following his retirement from Belk, Ronnie worked at Brownlee’s Furniture in Lawrenceville.

Ronnie is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Vickie Deal Fowler; son, Stacy (Jayme) Fowler; grandchildren, Kaleigh Fowler, Huston Fowler, Jace Fowler; brother Bobby (Judy) Fowler; brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Linda Deal; brother-in-law, Rick Deal; many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.

Ronnie was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was incredibly proud of his son, Stacy, and watching him grow up and build a family of his own was one of the greatest joys of his life. Ronnie, affectionately known as “Poke Poke” to his grandchildren, was a constant in the stands at their many sporting events, no matter where their schedules took him.

Ronnie could be a man of few words, but when he spoke, he often had a quick wit and a clever remark that could catch you by surprise and make you laugh-even in his final hours. He took pride in doing things the right way, a reflection of the care and thoughtfulness he brought to every aspect of his life. CREEL – Debbie Creel, age 75 of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026.
Debbie was born on July 20, 1951, in Atlanta, Georgia. Throughout her life, she had a genuine love for people, animals, and, above all, her family.
Debbie enjoyed a long career in Human Resources, beginning at Richway, which was a natural fit as she loved people and found great joy in helping others grow and build their careers. Later in life, her love of animals led her to a retirement job, working at an animal hospital and eventually opened her own dog grooming business, The Barking Lot, combining her entrepreneurial spirit with her lifelong affection for animals.
Debbie embraced life with joy. She loved music and dancing, reading, movies, sewing, and spending time with the people she loved. More than anything, she loved being a mom and treasured being with her family, sharing stories, reminiscing, and filling the room with laughter.
Those who knew Debbie will remember her for the warmth and happiness she brought wherever she went. She was always smiling and greeted everyone with a huge smile and an even bigger hug, earning her the affectionate nickname “the Happy Hugger.” She had a wonderful way of making people feel welcomed and loved, and the joy she shared so freely will be deeply missed.
Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Creel; her son, Jason Haines; her parents, Gene and Mary (Beatty) McKinley; and her niece, Kris Potts.

She had 3 loving grandchildren, Sean Jakucenis, Victoria Sergi Beasley & husband Chase, and Johnny Sergi with soon to be wife, Hannah; also 3 great grandchildren whom she adored, Luke Anderson Beasley, Madelynn James Beasley, and Kenna Cole Beasley. Forn Mahathirath, 86, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away peacefully at his home in the early morning hours of October 11, 2026.
Born on August 15, 1940, in Laos, to Khorn and Phong Mahathirath, Mr. Forn lost both of his parents at an early age and was raised by his grandparents. Through hardship and perseverance, he enrolled in the police academy and became a police official.
In 1959, he married his beloved wife, Thongkhane, and together they raised a beautiful family. In 1979, Mr. Forn brought his whole family to the United States, where he worked tirelessly to give his children a better future. His guidance and support built a strong foundation for our family, and the values he taught us will be passed down for generations to come.
Mr. Forn was a leader in the Laotian community, helping to establish several charitable foundations. He supported Buddhist temples across Georgia by organizing fundraising events to help keep them financially sustainable. Through his leadership and service, he built a network of community support that is still active today. More than anything, he loved a glass of Macallan (the older, the better) and telling larger-than-life stories to his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Khorn and Phong Mahathirath, and his son-in-law, Lane Reece.

Rose was a lifelong member of Bold Springs Church and the owner of Loganville Flower Basket for many years. She loved traveling, flower design, quilting, crocheting and needlepoint.
