Celebrate Recovery Month with inspiring speakers, the Georgia Recovery Community Awards, inside stadium tours, interactive activities, networking, and the kickoff of a statewide movement celebrating recovery across Georgia.

Back-to-school season brings a fresh start—but it can also bring a mix of emotions. Whether you're excited, nervous, overwhelmed, hopeful, or somewhere in between, it's okay to feel exactly how you feel.

For students:
Remember that you don't have to have everything figured out on day one. Be patient with yourself, take breaks when you need them, and know that asking for help is a sign of strength.

For parents and caregivers:
A simple "How are you really doing?" can open the door to meaningful conversations. Listening without judgment and creating space for honest feelings can make all the difference.

This school year, let's make mental health part of the conversation. Together, we can help every student feel supported, connected, and ready to succeed—both in and out of the classroom.
