Creative Enterprises Announces Executive Leadership Transition: Courtney Grimm Named Executive Director
Lawrenceville, GA — July 14, 2026 — As of July 1, 2026, Creative Enterprises is pleased to announce a leadership transition as Courtney Grimm has been named Executive Director, succeeding Leigh McIntosh, who has served the organization with distinction and dedication.
Creative Enterprises has strengthened its commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment, skill development, and community engagement across six Georgia counties: Gwinnett, Forsyth, Dawson, White, Franklin, and Barrow. Creative Enterprises’ leadership has helped advance programmatic growth, deepen community partnerships, and reinforce the organization’s mission of creating opportunities for independence and inclusion.
This year, Creative celebrated its 50th anniversary of serving people with disabilities, and Ms. McIntosh has been the passionate, innovative, and committed leader of Creative for the past 45 years. Her contributions have left a lasting mark on Creative Enterprises. Her commitment to Creative’s mission and the individuals it serves has guided the organization through important milestones, and we are sincerely grateful for her service.
As Creative Enterprises looks to the future, the organization is pleased to welcome Courtney Grimm as the next Executive Director. Ms. Grimm brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership, program development, and community collaboration. Her experience and vision position her to build on the organization’s solid foundation while expanding its reach and impact.
Previously serving as the Site Director for Creative’s Gwinnett Campus, Courtney brings over a decade of experience and service to Creative and its clients. Creative is excited to welcome Courtney Grimm into this leadership role. Her passion for inclusivity and service and her strategic vision align closely with Creative’s mission and will serve as a strong foundation for her to lead Creative Enterprises into its next chapter of growth and innovation.
This transition marks an important moment for Creative, reaffirming its mission while embracing new leadership to guide future progress. Creative remains dedicated to providing high-quality services that support independence, dignity, and opportunity for the individuals it serves.
